Who: This workshop is designed for grant writers, copywriters, storytellers, and those writing with a mission or purpose in mind.

What: No matter how you slice it, writing is a mythic pursuit. Delving into the mind and emerging with new words, ideas, and ways of seeing the world is an inherent act of courage and trust, particularly in this rapidly changing landscape of AI. More than ever, the world needs writers who know why writing is important to them, and who can articulate their mission with clarity and depth.

Together, over the course of three hours, we will:

  • Explore the role of personal myth in the writing process

  • Consider and discuss how this exploration strengthens our writing

  • Collaborate with our peers

Through this workshop, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of what makes you a good writer

  • Identify and begin to cultivate skills that align with your unique strengths

  • Learn how to apply these skills

When: Three hours on a Friday morning in November or December (select date at checkout).

Where: The comfort of wherever you want to be, via Zoom.

The isolated imagination is easily corrupted by theory, but the writer inside his community seldom has such a problem.
